Bought the Alum Block after reading reviews on here and I must admit I was sceptical. However it really does work. Used it half a dozen times now and I’m very impressed. Looks like it will last for a very long time.

First impressions was the physical size, I thought it would be bigger, however on opening it I wondered how something that looked like quartzite would work, well you live and learn, on first use, the razor burn vanished, small bleeds healed, worth the price, just remember to rinse and thoroughly dry after use, highly recommend this product

I do like this block, its easy to use will last a very long time and pretty much does what it says it will do. Small nicks are dealt with easily although I still find myself using a tissue to stop the flow in larger cuts. Nice and easy company to deal with though.

An alum block should be part of everyone’s post shave routine. This block is a great product. It leaves the face feeling tightened and refreshed. Don’t be put off by the size of this block, it’s a little bigger than a matchbox, which makes it perfect for following the contours of your face. I’ve used mine now every shave for a month and haven’t noticed any change in the block size. I’d guess it will easily last 12 months.

Small block of Alum, works well for me. Finish a shave wash of the soap and run the block over the wet face. Closes off any nicks and red areas leaving a great finish to the face. I don’t know why it makes a difference but it does. recommended.
