The Rockwell 6C DE Safety Razor is supplied with 3 reversible base plates giving you 6 different settings for your shave. Base plate ‘1’ gives a mild but close shave and is ideal if you’re just starting out using a safety razor or if you have light beard growth and/or sensitive skin. Base plate ‘6’ gives a more efficient shave and is suitable if you have heavier, coarse beard growth. Base plates ‘2’, ‘3’, ‘4’ and ‘5’ give a progressively more efficient shave.
