If you need to return an item to us then please do so within 30 days of receipt of your order. The item must be returned in new, sealed and unused condition, in the original box and with all paperwork to insure full credit. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, or the box. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. If you received any free gifts or promotional items with your order then these must also be returned for the item to be eligible for a refund.

Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact our customer service team to request a returns number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return meaning the process may take longer.

Faulty items – if an item that you have purchased from us had developed a fault then please contact us. We will need your order number to be able to assist you.

Returning an item(s)

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your return request, please have your order ID number ready.

UK Returns – Once we have received your order ID number, you can simply head to our Royal Mail Returns Portal to create a free shipping label and return your order back to our warehouse.

Outside UK – Our customer service team will provide further instructions for returning a product us.

Refund policy

All items properly returned under the conditions above are eligible for a full refund. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (delivery included) will be credited when Shave Lounge has received and processed your return. This will typically be 1-2 business days after the item was delivered back to us.

If you choose a refund, we will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit/debit card or PayPal account. Credit/debit card companies vary in the time it takes for a “credit” to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. PayPal refunds typically take 1 working day to appear in your PayPal account.
