Earning Reward Points

Simply create a customer account (or if you are an existing customer login to your customer account) and your Shave Lounge account will be credited with Reward Points every time you place an order. The amount of Reward Points you will earn for that order is displayed on the basket page.

Managing Cashback

You have the ability to view and manage your Reward Points through your customer account. From your account you can view your current Reward Points balance and also see the history of all Reward Points transactions.

Redeeming Reward Points

Redeeming Reward Points is easy. During the checkout process, you will have the option to apply any previously accrued Reward Points to your order. There is no minimum spend, no expiry date and you can even pay for an entire order using Reward Points!

Terms & Conditions

• Reward Points are only earned by registered customers on product purchases and are not issued for the cost of delivery.
• If you’re shopping outside of the EU, then the Reward Points earned are for your order total after the VAT has been deducted.
• Reward Points will be removed for cancelled or refunded orders.
• Reward Points are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash
